2. Use at Your Own Risk
APISmash is provided “as-is” without any warranties, express or implied. You acknowledge that your use of this service is entirely at your own risk. We do not guarantee that the tool will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from security vulnerabilities.
3. No Guarantee of API Accuracy
APISmash is a tool that facilitates communication between your browser and external APIs. We make no representations or warranties about the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or availability of any third-party API data accessed through this tool. 4. Third-Party APIs
We are not responsible for third-party APIs, their uptime, their data, or their terms of service. Do not use APISmash to access APIs without proper authorization, conduct denial-of-service attacks, or violate any applicable laws.
5. No Liability for Data Issues
We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages that result from your use of APISmash. This includes, but is not limited to, data loss, service interruptions, security breaches involving third-party APIs, or any issues arising from incorrect API responses.
6. No Data Processing
We do not store or process user data on our servers. All operations (API requests, response storage, saved requests) occur entirely within your browser using client-side JavaScript. LocalStorage data resides solely on your device.
